2010 Met Costume Institute Gala.

Anne Hathaway in a shimmery strapless dress by Valentino. My favorite dress of the night.

With her porcelain skin and auburn hair, Anne Hathaway is quickly becoming one of Hollywood's elite fashion mavens. I love everything about this dress on Anne. The way it fits, the way it flows, the color (which everyone cannot pull off) against her skin and yet the dress's simplicity has captured my eye and is, in my opinion, one of the greatest dresses ever worn in Hollywood. What makes this dress extra special, is the way Anne glowed when she wore the dress. Anne's loose flowing locks were the perfect match for this dress. Sigh. Great Job Anne.

2010 Met Costume Institute Gala.

Jennifer Lopez rocking a dress by Zuhair Murad. Cool.

Jennifer's dress is definitely an eye catcher but is that a good or bad thing? In this case I think it's good. This flowing strapless leaf- print gown is definitely one of the coolest dresses of the whole night. Now, I just wish Lopez hadn't worn her hair this way but in a much simpler bun or chignon, because her hair is very reminiscent of my Mom's Maltese and I can assure you that that is not a compliment. Sorry Elijah but come on dog, you need to be groomed more often...

2010 Met Costume Institute Gala.

Katy Perry wearing Lorraine Schwartz. I swear I had a baby blanket those exact colors... I used to hug it... vomit on it... I guess Katy wears her baby blanket out... Separation anxiety, how sad.

Okay, Ms. Perry would you like to explain to us why you are wearing this dress to the Met Costume Institute Gala? There is nothing wrong with wearing a costume to the event, as long as it is pretty, but I have to say Katy, this dress is neither pretty nor flattering on you. The necklace Katy is wearing looks like one I owned when I was but a little fashionista with a toy box full of play clothes and plastic high heels... I guess Katy is still in that stage and doesn't realize that dress up days are over. I'm sorry Katy but this is a definite 'Oh No She Didn't'.

2010 Met Costume Institute Gala.

Kristen Stewart at the 2010 Met Costume Institute Gala wearing a Chanel dress.

Twilight actress Kristen Stewart has become notorious for slouchy posture, pouty looks and... her different taste in clothes. The top of the dress looks like a trash bag, while the bottom looks like saran wrap. Well, we know Kristen definitely stayed nice and fresh the whole night. I can only say one good thing about this outfit. It is very Eco- friendly because she can easily dispose of any rubish she might have found while walking the red carpet. I know Kristen isn't exactly known for her fashion sense but she can do way better than this trash bag... Hopefully.

2010 Met Costume Institute Gala.

Tina Fey wearing an Yves St. Laurent jumpsuit at the 2010 Met Costume Institute Gala. Wow.

Tina Fey's decision to wear a jumpsuit instead of a dress was daring, innovative and down right ugly. I love Ms. Fey's sense of humor but this is going a little too far. What I find funny is the little zipper down the front of the suit and the side pockets. This outfit makes Tina look like an Austin Powers reject, like she's saying eat your heart out Foxy Cleopatra! This would have been deemed groovy if we were still in the 70's but, we are not, so Tina it's time to move on.

Jessica Simpson.

What? This is really what Jessica Simpson wore to the Operation Smile Charity Gala? When I saw this dress, I stopped smiling... how ironic.

Jessica Simpson, seen here wearing a single-shouldered printed Carolina Herrera gown, was a fashion flop on the Operation Smile red carpet in New York City. Jessica's beautiful smile would have saved her from being a total fashion disaster but her fly-away hair make this a huge Oh No She Didn't! If the dress had been a beautiful rich solid color, Jessica might have been able to pull this look off. Unfortunately that was not the case and instead we had a dress composed of things found in a trash compactor. Oh Jessica, when will you get back to the Jessica Simpson who was a fashion maven that we all adored... oh well, I guess we better get used to this Jessica... She's been around for a while. Sigh.

Natalie Portman.

Natalie Portman at the New York City Ballet's Spring Gala, was viciously attacked by a giant piece of tissue paperwhile walking the red carpet. Natalie valiantly fought him off but unfortunately the tissue got the best of poor Nat...

I cannot imagine looking at this dress and thinking, 'Wow, I have got to wear that on the red carpet,' I mean come on Nat, did you really like this dress or was it just a cry for attention? I can give props to Nat for those shoes, however this hop out of bed hair has got to be combed immediately! I love that she added the belt, as if she thought it would put the finishing touches on this dress. Sorry Ms. Portman but this is a big Oh No They Didn't! What do you think about Natalie's dress, my dear followers?
