While Cate Blanchett is one of the most elegant stars, this ensemble is everything but elegant.
Cate has commited a big fashion NO! While her dress isn't that bad, her spanks peeking at us from beneath her dress captures our attention more than her dress does. While we still love Cate, this is a fashion travesty.
