My fellow Americans,
During this economic crisis, it is crucial to save every penny and to find simple ways to save money. We need to follow the rules, people years ago followed to conserve money. For an example... At the 2001 Grammy's Toni Braxton wore a sheet. After cutting off... oh about 80% of the fabric, she had herself a Grammy dress! Now ladies, we need to follow Ms. Braxton and wear our sheets, or table napkins, instead of splurging on a dress from a boring department store. Go ahead Toni! You're rocking that sheet!
Do you remember this dress? I do, though I was but a small fashionista at the time. This 'dress' was and still remains one of the most controversial dresses in history. What was Toni really thinking with this dress? Did she want to steal some of Jlo's thunder? Did she think she would sell more albums by wearing this? Well, if she wanted more publicity, she certainly achieved her goal. So was this dress a hit or a total miss? You decide.
